What was Good

• Simple USB ‘plug & play’ with no software to install
• A short USB cable which was really handy laptop users and regular travelers

What was Bad

• Echo cancellation was an issue –    every time the Chat 50 was moved or somebody got too close to it, it took about 10 seconds for the echo cancellation to re-adjust….resulting in echo.
• The speaker volume also lacked a bit of power, which meant that the audio volume in some scenarios was a bit faint
