How does the 7 day free trial work?

Fill out the ‘Free trial’ form above and we will contact you to setup your 7-day free trial account which includes 10hours of video call time and ability to connect up to 6 locations at one time. We will also provide free setup advice and support for you so that you get the most out of your trial.

What does the BeingThere video conferencing service include?

Put simply we become your video conferencing department. Which means we provide
• Online login to your own private desktop & boardroom video conferencing service
• Online training to get you going and
• Friendly online support to keep you going.

What hardware do I need?

It’s simple all you need is;
• PC or MAC requirements: Minimum Intel Core2 Duo 2.5GHz 2 MB RAM Windows.
• Bandwidth requirement are 350Kb to 750Kb for SD and 1.5Mb or higher for 720P
• Supports IPad2, Android IPhone4S subject to 3G or LAN performance

If you don’t have these don’t worry, we can quickly advise you on what you need so that you get the best experience during your trial.

What happens at the end of the Free Trial?

We will contact you towards the end of your trial to see how you are going. There is no obligation, but if you enjoyed our service you can continue on with one of our simple monthly payment plans.
